Just listened to the last 3 podcasts. Here are my theory. Desmond and Penny in the alternate time line….Penny is Widmore’s daughter. Maybe she is divorced and has a son named Charlie. If Widmore knows more than we think, He may be going on the notion of keep your friends close and your enemies closer. It is odd that if Desmond is Widmore’s right hand man why hasn’t he met Widmore’s family.
In the original time line….. If Widmore is team Jacob then his knowledge of the island and MIB/smokie could be the reason why he opposes Desmond and Penny’s relationship so much. He knows exactly who Desmond is.
Just realized that I didn’t include this…..
I think Desmond is MIB’s son.
I just finished watching The End for the 2nd time. I loved it as I’ve come to love all of the Lost shows, but I can’t help but be frustrated not knowing about some of the characters. Where are the ones that weren’t in the chapel like Miles, Ana Lucia, Danielle, Alex and others. Are their spirits still roaming the island? Is Ben not dead and that’s why he didn’t go in the chapel? What is the explanation for David? Is he Jack’s imaginary son that he dealt with the way he wished his father had dealt with him? In other words, is David, young Jack? I have loved your podcasts. It’s added so much to my appreciation of Lost. I will miss you.
