About
This is an unofficial fan site for Hawaii Public Radio’s arts and culture segments, which are produced by Noe Tanigawa. (The official HPR Arts & Culture page can be found here.) There is no official affiliation between this fan site and HPR, and HPR has no involvement and makes no endorsement of the site.
While this site links to HPR’s digital audio files (MP3s), no audio content is being reproduced or redistributed — this site merely streamlines access to the original files on HPR servers. Also, the segment descriptions are merely mirroring the official site, so they remain subject to HPR’s full copyright.
The primary purpose of this site is to provide access to these segments as a “podcast,” or a syndicated feed that streamlines and automates downloading and listening. By using a podcast download utility such as iTunes or iPodder and a digital audio player (including iPods, other MP3 devices, or any computer), fans will be able to automatically retrieve new segments and listen to them, without having to visit a web page or launch different programs.
If you use a program to subscribe to podcasts, right-click and copy this link, then paste it into your subscription manager. Or, you can always click to download the segments individually.
