In the interview, he let it slip that he thinks it will be the episode where Locke falls/jumps from a building. So, it would appear that we have seen how Locke gets paralyzed. Interesting.... I personally believe that the child holding the bear is Alex... the person had femin-ish legs, and is around the right age (16) to be alex... why else would someone be carrying a very beaten up stuffed animal if they didnt have it as a child? I have a theory about the legs that they saw. They could all be teens or tweens or children, kind of like Peter Pan.
