Here’s something that I noticed in this episode that I haven’t heard anyone talk about, though I don’t scour the blogs and such. I had to go back and watch it again to be sure.

The two Darma symbols between the two camps are slightly different in the centre part of the symbol. The symbol in the hatch looks similar to a yin-yang symbol with a horizontal line through it. The symbol in the “tailee’s” hideout is a simple cross. Very slight differences, but significat I think, especially after this week’s episode (What Kate Did) where the missing piece of film explicitly says to not try to communicate with the outside world. Maybe the outside world here is the other camp?

Its the craziest thing……everyone loves Hurley!!!!!!!
now you would think most show watchers would be drooling over Dr. Jack or shirtless Sawyer
or wet Kate and Shannon/Cinderella….
but when I talk to others seriously addicted to this show, it seems our sweat stained Hurley guy is one of THE most popular characters……
who would’ve thunk.

Enjoying the podcasts imensely! Every Thurs in my office is LOST reacap day, and now we all listen to the podcasts and discuss that as well. Keep up the good work!

I have noticed something strange about Charlie - could be an editing or continuity error, but in the flash backs from the first season you see him go from the rear of the plane, past Jac k (with the stewardess chasing behind) all the way to the bathrooms near the cockpit to flush his drugs. Then the plane hits major turbulence and he is thrown up to the ceiling. As he exits the bathroom, it appears he stumbles just a few feet from the bathroom before buckling himself into an empty seat. So this would place him in the cockpit front section of the plane (in or near first class).

So, if he was in the front of the plane when it crashed, how did he end up on the beach with the others from the center section? Again, it could have been an editing mistake, but Charlier appears to have hidden his drugs in the bathroom near the cockpit, as seen when he, Jack and Kate go get the reciever, and in the flashbacks, he didnt seem to go far from the bathroom, certainly not the length of the plane to the middle area. So, do you think this may pop up later? Or was it just an editing mistake? No one in my office had noticed this until I pointed it out.

Hey guys. Just wanted to say that I found your show this morning on iTunes, and really enjoyed it.
I have a theory that I wanted to share. The writers keep slowly showing us the connections between a few of the survivors, with the most recent revalation being that Hurley and Locke shared a boss (Randy). It was revealed last season that one of the companies that Hurley bought with his Lotto winnings was a box company… which is where Randy was Locke’s boss. Is it possible that everyone is connected via Hurley’s Lotto winnings - and therefore, connected to the numbers? I think I may be on to something here, because as the Producers have stated - Hurley was the first survivor cast, which leads me to believe his character is a little more important to the show than he appeared in Season 1. Thoughts?

Just writing to comment that I am enjoying all of your LOST Transmission podcasts. As for this week’s podcast just one comment regarding the death of a main character. I am sure it is all speculative as who the unlucky person will be, but you can almost guarantee that if any of the main cast dies, it will be during the Nielsen sweep months of November, February or May. Something like this is guaranteed to push the ratings of LOST even higher than they already are (they’ll be killing Martha off from the other network)…. Keep up the good work with The Transmission!

The Transmission No Ka Oi!

Last night’s ep was very humorous….from Hugo’s gorge-fest dream to the new pairing ups on the show. We can anticipate Jack & Kate; Ana Lucia & Sawyer. And look forward to the reunion of Bernard & Rose. And a Shannon & Sayid spolier: On The View recently Naveen Andrews did say that there would be some pressing of flesh together! How touching that Sun buried the bottle of messages to give the other survivors on the island “hope.”

Mahalo & keep up the great work! I can’t wait to hear your Transmission of the Hawaii Internation Film Festival!!
