I remember when "Mama", "Shambala," and "Summer in the City" were brand new songs during various stages of my life. All great tracks. "Shambala" was Three Dog Night's biggest hit of 1973 and one of their last top 10's of their career. "Summer in the City" was a huge #1 hit during the summer of 1966 for the Lovin' Spoonful. Both were Top 40 AM favorites of their day. It’s good to know youngsters like yourselves are listening to older music.
